This course follows the initial study project book that is required for Associate Members in the International Order of St. Luke the Physician. The class will engage in an in-depth weekly study of each of Jesus’ 26 healing encounters as recorded in Holy Scripture. The goal of this course is to emerge with understanding and insight about the ministry of healing as demonstrated by Jesus. This foundation serves as the standard for our understanding of the healing ministry today. Students who have completed this course and required reading are eligible for induction to the International Order of St. Luke the Physician.

Here is another testimony received recently from one of our many beloveds:
Dear Christ Healing Center,
I am writing to share with you the miraculous healings I have experienced in the last 7 days alone as a result of your powerful healing ministry. My prayer requests were simple; all I needed was to stop passing blood as I had been for almost two years, I needed to be free from a mocking spirit that had been torturing me every minute of every hour for almost an entire year since I had been born again, and finally I needed to sleep through the night which I hadn’t done in 5 years since I moved to Texas.
As a result of your great faith coupled with my mustard seed and the generosity of one prayer minister after another, I have been totally delivered from that mocking spirit and am currently resting in the arms of Jesus. The bleeding stopped immediately and the symptoms were totally undetectable within 2 days. The Lord completely rehydrated my body after a long road of several doctors who had been previously unable to help me.
I am pleased and grateful to report that I have slept soundly through the night 3 out of the past 4 nights and woke early and excited this morning with a new freedom and a new hope of what this day of the Lord will bring. Praise God! Bless you! Bless the Christ Healing Center and bless the perpetual selflessness of the prayer ministers that covers this amazing territory of Jesus Christ.

A WORD FROM OUR DIRECTOR
Recently, I have been traveling quite a bit establishing new connections with other Healing Centers. These journeys have taken me on a track to understand clearly why we are seeing God create a network of Centers. This clarity became acute with me in a dialogue with an established Healing House in Florida. We did a conference there on “Setting the Captives Free.” But the real business was found in a frank, tough, and forthright conversation on why Christ Healing Center should be a part of their lives. I want you to know the outcome because I believe we have something very special to bring to healing ministries around the nation:
1. Many ministries of healing are based on one personality. The ministry rises or falls on the performance of this person. Staff and volunteers are around this person supporting this traditional picture of ministry that reflects a culture of individualism. At Christ Healing Center the ministry rises or falls on the performance of each team. We have a larger team of 30, most of whom are crack troops who are highly trained and skilled to bring solid, effective ministry to the hurting. From these 30 come smaller teams of 3 to 4 who pray directly with our beloveds. We have observed that many healing centers and healing ministries in churches are understaffed, overworked, and fatigued. Some are desperately sick. The workload needs to be borne by a solid team. So CHC shares our experience and encourages our partners to develop a culture of Corporate Presence, helping them build a dynamic team. Burnout of ministers will then become a remote threat. God is raising up an army of healing deliverers. If we only did this, the network would be invaluable. But there is so much more!
2. At CHC we have built worship into our ethos. We spend time together in the Presence of God a lot! It defines us, strengthens us, and keeps us vibrant and passionate about who we are and what we do. Giftedness thrives in this atmosphere. In a recent consultation with a healing center, we noticed that the team of healing members spent no time in worship. There were only three members of the team pulling all of the workload. All three had major illnesses. They never worshipped together! Hence, the Spiritual anemia. Jesus spent hours with His Father, and then the power of God came. After our conversation, this center has decided to develop time with the Lord and each other as the “first work” of their ministry.
3. Finally, we want to do at least one annual conference for the leaders and directors of our network of healing centers. One director begged for this. He said, “I need a place to go to be refreshed, healed myself, and given impartations of power, giftedness, and advancement in new Spiritual technologies. I am dying on the vine out here with no place to go.” At CHC, we will provide for that man’s need. We will gather leaders from all over the states and abroad, bring in the best of the best speakers to “equip the equippers,” and have a feast of Spiritual nourishment and sustenance for these dear saints.
Meanwhile, our team at home is expanding and growing in excellence. All of you can be so proud of the way Christ Healing Center has stepped forward to become a SWAT Team – Spiritual Warriors Advancing Triumph! They are the joy of our lives!
